Upstyle Club’s Tŷ Hafan Party Pop-Up Charity Sale

Last night Zoey and I attended a gorgeous event organised by Claire from Upstyle Club in connection with Tŷ Hafan . We bought our tickets a while ago, but time flew by and soon it was time for us to go shopping!

Tickets were £10 each, and they included a glass of fizz on arrival and a £5 voucher to spend in the shop. We arrived to a warm welcome from Claire, as well as the lovely staff from Tŷ Hafan in Whitchurch. We were handed a glass of fizz and had time to mingle with fellow shoppers (all of whom were lovely, kind and pretty darn wonderful!).

Soon it was time for a little talk from Claire and Tŷ Hafan. These were both informative and emotional talks, and my heart swelled at the love in the room. It made me realise how fortunate our children are, how fortunate we are, to not experience the heartbreak felt by so many using the Tŷ Hafan hospice.

Afterwards it was time to shop, and the clothes Claire had selected especially for the event were revealed! Everyone was very British about it at first (hehe), but we all soon got stuck in and by the end everyone had bought something!

We had a giggle because Zoey found a pestle and mortar and I found a load of clothes! There were so many lovely things to choose from, and it just felt so special spending time with lovely people whilst also picking up some hidden gems!

I really hope Claire will consider making this a regular event, it’s so important to be aware of such wonderful charities, as well as pick up some amazing fashion tips and fab clothes along the way!
