Serendome Review : Bluestone Holidays

In September we headed to Bluestone for a lovely week away with friends. We had the loveliest time, and we were so excited to check out Serendome and share our thoughts with you…

Serendome Review : Bluestone Holidays

Serendome is a new structure aiming to bring the outside inside. In essence, the dome shaped addition to Bluestone allows you to enjoy the views and fresh air without getting wet! Trees and plants are scattered around, and overall there’s a huge earthy vibe throughout.

We entered with ooohs and ahhhs, the stunning sight of Serendome something to marvel. We wandered around in awe of the place, it’s beauty undeniable.

There are so many things to do within Serendome, even though a few things were still in development at the time of our visit. We spent a long time with the children in the water and sand area, as well as the playground which is full of natural materials…

It’s the kind of place you could spend all day in, and your children would beg you not to leave! That’s what happened in our case. anyway!

Within Serendome you will find:

  • Water play
  • Sand play
  • Play park
  • Imagination Garden
  • Coffee huts*
  • Eateries*
  • Extra activities such as Sky Walk, Star Catcher and Sky Walk Mini*

*extra cost

There’s just so much to do, but you also get to see amazing views of Pembroke whilst you do them!

Whilst we were there we saw them building the new Cloud Theatre, and it looked magnificent. IT’s a 400 seat amphitheatre, and it’s going to be so much fun. I’m just sad we couldn’t take part, but then again, there’s awalys next time!

The adults also had lots of fun (and coffee!) whilst there, as you can see in the photo below…

We had so much fun at Serendome, and there’s truly something there for every member of the family.

Have you been to Serendome yet? What did you think? Let us know in the comments below…
